Is there an age limit for entry?

To enter the promotion you must be 18 years or over. Also, as each valid entry will receive a £10/€10 experience voucher it is important to note that there will be certain age restrictions dependent on which activity is chosen. Please therefore ensure that you check the age restrictions before committing to purchase, by visiting https://www.goldenmoments.co.uk/.

Do I need to buy Remington to enter the promotion?

Yes, you will need to buy a participating promotional Remington pack in order to enter the promotion unless you are in Northern Ireland, in which case there is no purchase necessary and participants can get their unique entry code by contacting help@remingtonlegendaryprizes.com. We will require proof of address before we can send out an unique entry code.

Where can I buy a promotional pack?

You can buy a promotional pack of Remington in most major retailers, however we cannot guarantee stock levels.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion you must purchase a participating promotional pack of Remington.

Visit www.remington.co.uk/legendaryprizes and enter your full name, contact telephone number, a genuine email address, full postal address and date of birth along with your promotional unique code which is found on the inside of every promotional pack.

Everyone who makes a valid entry into the final prize draw will receive a £10/€10 experience voucher.

I’m not in the UK or Republic of Ireland, can I still enter?

The promotion is open to residents in the UK and in the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately if you don’t live in these countries you cannot enter.

Why do you need my details?

We will need your details for validation purposes, and if you are a winner we will need these details to get in touch with you to help organize your prize.

Your details will also be needed in order for you to receive your £10/€10 Golden Moments voucher so that the voucher can be emailed to you.

Will my details be passed on to anyone else?

The information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose of this promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose.

How will I know if I have won?

Winners will notified on the screen instantly if they win.

The winner of the final draw on 3rd March 2019 will be contacted within 72 hours of this date, again being subject to a verification process.

If you have purchased an eligible product from Argos (see terms and conditions for elegible packs), but your product does not have a promotional code you can still enter the promotion using your Argos Transaction number from your proof of purchase by clicking here.

An entry code will be emailed to you once we have been able to verify your purchase within 28 days.

I purchased my product from Amazon

If you have purchased and eligible product from Amazon (see terms and conditions for elegible packs), but your product does not have a promotional code you can still enter the promotion using your Amazon Order confirmation number from your proof of purchase by clicking here.

An entry code will be emailed to you once we have been able to verify your purchase within 28 days.

Does everyone get a £500/€500 experience voucher?
There are 500 prizes of £500/€500 available to be won.
How do I use my Golden Moments Experience voucher?

To redeem your voucher visit the Golden Moments website www.goldenmoments.co.uk to select your experience. When you reach the checkout stage of your purchase, you will be prompted to enter your experience voucher code, which will be applied to your purchase. Following this, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your purchase. This email will give you details on your itinerary, directions and a contact phone number, along with details of any special requirements or restrictions, including the expiry date of the voucher.

I haven’t received an email containing my Golden Moments experience voucher code.

Please check your junk folder for the email containing your experience voucher code. If you are still having trouble locating it, please contact us here.

Is there a limit on how many times I can claim an experience voucher code?

You will only be able to win one £500/€500 voucher during the promotion period.

I have more than one experience voucher code, can I use them together?

No, you can only use one voucher, per person, per booking.

How long do I have to book my experience once I have my voucher code?

All experience voucher codes are valid for use on purchases at www.goldenmoments.co.uk within 9 months of issue. The expiry date of the voucher will be displayed on the email you receive. The website crashed when I was entering my code, how will I know if I have entered the promotion?
